ContentSnipe ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Joonas Soininen. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use contentsnipe.com and related services.
Account information: Email address, name, and profile image when you sign up via Google OAuth or email/password.
Usage data: Instagram Reel URLs you submit, analysis results, content suggestions, and usage counts.
Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
Brand profile: Niche, audience, content pillars, tone, and differentiator — provided voluntarily by you.
Reel videos and thumbnails are retained based on your plan tier (7 to unlimited days). Analysis data is retained for the duration of your account. You can delete individual reels from your dashboard at any time.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed API keys (SHA-256), encrypted session tokens (JWE), and bcrypt password hashing.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. You can export your reel data from the dashboard at any time.
We use essential cookies only — specifically an httpOnly session cookie for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
