Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ContentSnipe ("the Service"), operated by Joonas Soininen. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

ContentSnipe is a tool that analyzes publicly available Instagram Reels using AI to help content creators understand what makes Reels effective. The Service scrapes public metadata, downloads videos, and provides AI-powered analysis.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API key. One account per person.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, stalk, or infringe on the privacy of others
• Submit URLs for content you do not have the right to analyze
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate limits
• Resell or redistribute analysis data commercially without permission
• Use automated tools to abuse the Service beyond the provided API

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal — access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Usage Limits

Each plan has monthly limits on analyses and suggestions. Unused quota does not roll over. We may adjust limits with notice.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your brand profile, notes, and any content you create based on our suggestions. Analysis results generated by AI are provided for your use but may not be uniquely original. Instagram content analyzed through the Service remains the property of its original creators.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. AI analysis is not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. We are not affiliated with Instagram or Meta. We do not guarantee uptime or availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
